Lack of physical activity is costing the UK an estimated £7.4 billion a year, including £0.9 billion to the NHS alone

In addition to these facts we currently deliver three projects called

 ‘Cook ‘n’ Lunch’ whereby we cook a healthy two course lunch teaching our participants what to eat less of and eat more healthier types of food.
